Subscription & billing

SoundHatch offers a free music-discovery experience. SoundHatch Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks lossless streaming and downloads from our catalog. When you start Premium you are charged $2.99 for a 2-day trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically continues at $49.99/month until you cancel. We disclose these terms at checkout before any charge.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@selected10.com. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

Catalog & acceptable use

Streaming and downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial listening only — you agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast catalog audio. Catalog availability may change as licensing agreements are added or updated.
